Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026. Draft — to be reviewed by Lord Interiors before launch.

This policy explains how Lord Interiors (“we”, “us”) uses personal information collected through this website. We are based in Cheshire & Manchester, United Kingdom, and UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) applies.

Registered business name and address: [CLIENT TO PROVIDE: legal business name, registered address and, if applicable, company number].

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message, together with the page you sent it from and the date.
  • Spam protection: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to limit repeated sends. We do not store the address itself.
  • Visit counts: the page viewed, whether you used a phone or computer, how you arrived (for example from a search engine) and an anonymous identifier that changes every day. This cannot be used to identify you, and no cookies are used for it.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse, and to understand which pages are useful. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who processes it

Our website, database and email sending are provided by Lovable (hosting and website platform), which stores data on our behalf. Enquiry notifications are delivered to our business email inbox. [CLIENT TO PROVIDE: confirm email provider and any other services used to handle enquiries.] Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, [CLIENT TO PROVIDE: transfer safeguards, e.g. UK International Data Transfer Addendum].

How long we keep it

[CLIENT TO PROVIDE: how long enquiries are kept, e.g. 24 months after last contact]. Visit counts are anonymous.
